At PrintingSeller.com, we provide customized printing and packaging services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the design approval and production process has started.
Once the order is approved or moved into production, cancellation is not allowed.

Customized Products Policy

All our products are made as per customer specifications. Due to this, refunds or returns are not applicable for customized or personalized products once approved.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect printing caused by our team
Major quality issues not approved in final artwork

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Customer-approved design or spelling mistakes
Color variations within acceptable print tolerance
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay caused by courier or external factors
Minor damages due to handling after delivery

Design Charges and Advance Payments

Design charges, template editing fees, and advance payments are non-refundable once the work has started.

Replacement Policy

If a valid issue is approved after review, we may offer:

Replacement of defective products, or
Partial or full refund, at our discretion

The decision will be final and binding.

Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

In rare cases, if we are unable to process an order due to technical or material issues, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

Shipping, courier, and handling charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
